What we collect and why
Cambridge Cardiac Limited collects personal and health data (including name, contact details, medical history, and clinical records) for the purpose under GDPR of performance of contracts and providing healthcare and treatment.
 

Who we share it with
We share data with clinical and operational partners only as necessary to deliver your care or operate our practice. This includes clinical facilities where tests or procedures are performed; private health insurers processing your claim; and suppliers providing practice administration systems. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of last treatment, in line with NHS and medico-legal guidance.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request erasure of your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@cambridgecardiac.com and we will respond within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
